What is the opportunity?

Provide support to Relationship Managers in credit renewal and adjudication of files under $2 MM Total Single Name Exposure, primarily in the Agriculture industry, including new client acquisitions and increases at renewal. Review and establish Borrower Risk Rating (BRR) to ensure credit structures mitigate credit risks. Adjudicate transaction requests and approve policy exceptions within Delegated Lending Authorities using sound judgment and a balanced approach to portfolio quality. Deliver superior client service by structuring transactions with a client‑centric approach and building strong partnerships with RMs, Group Risk Management and Business Service Centre to optimize processes, reduce response times and increase effectiveness.
