Commercial & Corporate Solicitor – M&A & Contracts

Russell McVeagh is seeking a corporate lawyer to join the team in Wellington or Auckland, focusing on a broad Corporate and Commercial practice. You will work on M&A, complex commercial contracting (including technology contracting), governance and corporate advisory, within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years of corporate/commercial experience, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and a willingness to learn.
