Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, facility managers, asset managers, consultants, commercial property owners, insurers, and strategic partners
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities throughout Ottawa and Eastern Ontario
- Build and maintain a network of referral sources
- Develop strategic account plans for key clients and target accounts
- Generate new opportunities for emergency response, mitigation, reconstruction, and large-loss services
- Promote Paul Davis capabilities across commercial, institutional, industrial, and residential sectors
- Identify emerging opportunities within target markets
- Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, facility tours, and site visits
- Attend networking events, industry conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and community events
