Commercial Account Executive
As a Commercial Account Executive, you will promote HUB’s full suite of insurance products and services, building and managing a portfolio of commercial clients across all lines of coverage.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage customer expectations
- Answer telephones and assist clients with coverage questions
- Communicate with company personnel regarding client needs and problems
- Understand agency rating systems and company rating systems and websites
- Negotiate with underwriters on rates and coverage
- Follow‑up on requested changes, renewals, etc., with insurance companies
- Review and analyze claims and discuss them with clients
- Explain coverage to clients
- Follow up on accounts receivable
