Colombia HR Generalist: Payroll, Onboarding & Compliance

roca-alliances-sa is seeking an HR Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support for an assigned client account in Medellín, Colombia. You will handle employee administration, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance with Colombian labor laws under the supervision of the HR Manager.

You will maintain HR records, respond to inquiries, and coordinate onboarding/offboarding activities while ensuring accurate payroll processing and benefits administration.
