Colombia Country Program Lead - Peace & Development

Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) seeks a competent representative for Colombia to guide MCC’s country program in Bogotá. You will coordinate partnerships, advance peacebuilding and food security, and accompany migrants and displaced people in collaboration with local churches and partners.

The role requires leadership, cross-cultural sensitivity, and experience in program monitoring and security coordination. Start date flexible after Oct 1, 2026, with full-time employment in country.
