Collections superintendent

Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end collections strategy and operations, responsible for the entire vehicle credit recovery lifecycle, ensuring operational efficiency, economic sustainability, digital evolution and consistent recovery results. Define strategy, collections policies and agent incentive programs; own governance of processes and the collections cadence; run alignment and review rituals with the executive board. Ensure accountability for KPIs; sponsor campaign modeling, efficiency simulations and collections metrics. Own the collections cadence (retail and corporate) and orchestrate multichannel communications across pre- and post-default stages; be responsible for procedural execution (credit bureau reporting, extrajudicial notifications, etc.).
