A company in Dekwaneh is looking for a Collection Operator Agent fluent in English, minimum 3 years’ experience. To be in charge of monitoring customer’s accounts and detecting overdue payments.
Main Duties:

Negotiate repayment plans

 Make follow – up calls to debt holders

 Handle questions or complaints

 Maintaining accurate records
