CoE Accounting Specialist | Bank & Cash In

Your main responsibilities:

Join our dynamic Finance Center of Excellence (CoE) in Lisbon, supporting over 30 countries in their accounting operations. As an Accounting Specialist for Bank & Cash In, you'll work closely with process referents to ensure accurate monthly closings, support day-to-day tasks, and interact directly with the countries under your scope.

Execute monthly closing tasks for the Bank & Cash In processes with reliability and attention to detail

Reconcile various payment methods (physical and digital) and ensure alignment between bank and accounting records

Ensure store safe integrity and match turnover between statistical and accounting systems

Perform manual bookings in the general ledger and handle manual payments/collections in AP/AR

Improve the bank auto-matching rate and control data integrity between accounting and banking tools
