The Role

As a COBOL Mainframe Application Developer, you will work directly with client personnel as a consultant to support development on their existing Payroll (Autopay) software system. You will create and use programming specifications to build assigned components, ensuring proper documentation, unit testing, and integration readiness. You will fix defects found during pre‑ and post‑production and provide work estimates for development tasks.

Daytime Monday to Friday working hours are 8:30 am–5:30 pm USA Eastern Time. 24/7 on‑call support rotation and weekend implementation support are also required.
