This position is responsible for managing and improving the coatings process and conducting research and tests to develop new coatings. Required Education And Experience
University degree in Chemical Engineering and/or 3 - 5 years of experience working in the e-coat/paint facilities Excellent English communication skills (oral and written) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook) knowledge Knowledge in CAD: 3D Models, Drawings and GD&Ts an asset Knowledge of e-coat and powder coat process is an asset Essential Functions
Consistently develop, assess and implement continuous improvement projects in relation to current or future project planning. Design, develop, and test new coatings systems and chemical titrations Conduct research into the development or improvement of coatings process Oversee all testing in relation to the e-coat ...
