Our Partner is building a next-generation outbound sales engine, managing the full go-to-market cycle for clients—from ICP definition to closed deals. They are now looking for a Growth & GTM Operations Lead: a commercially-minded, tech-savvy professional who can take ownership of outbound infrastructure, data flows, and campaign execution, while gradually evolving into a core strategic partner of the business.

This is not a typical execution role. It is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who wants to combine automation, data, and revenue generation, with a clear path toward equity participation and long-term involvement in the company’s growth.
