Responsibilities:
Injection Molds Maintenance.
Injection Molds Repair.
Injection Mold adjustment and set up.
Control of Injection Mold spare parts.
Design and Construction of manufacturing and quality fixtures.
Indicate/square vises and fixtures; set tool and work offsets; use probing cycles when available.
Machine mold components to print on steels and pre-hardened materials; deburr and prepare for assembly.
High-speed mill graphite electrodes and precision mill copper electrodes with material-appropriate strategies (dust/heat/burr management).
(Preferred) Create CAM (Computer Aided Manufacturing) toolpaths (2D/3D rough/finish), import STEP/IGES, post and verify G-code.
