**Job Title: CNC Set Up / Operator**
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate CNC Vertical Mill Machines
+ Ensure finished work meets specifications using calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, and micrometers.
+ Operate a sanding machine and cut materials using a saw.
+ Maintain organization of materials and identify any defects or deficiencies.
+ Review blueprints, machining sequences, and dimensions.
+ Possess general knowledge of G&M Code.
+ Meet time and schedule standards for assigned work.
+ Multi-task and prioritize projects independently.
+ Advise supervisor of any issues that arise.
+ Perform offset changes and cutter compensation.
+ Maintain continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
