CNC OPERATOR

  Operate metalworking machinery such as lathes, milling machines, planers, drilling machines, boring machines, and grinding equipment.  Monitor machine operations to detect defects, malfunctions, or irregularities in components, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.  Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications using measuring instruments, gauges, calibration tools, and templates, and identify or reject defective products.  Clean equipment, perform routine maintenance activities, report equipment faults to maintenance technicians or mechanics, and maintain accurate records of completed work and production activities.
