Responsibilities
Program and set‑up jobs according to customer requirements.
Set‑up machines with minimal supervision.
Perform and document Final Acceptance Inspection (FAI) packages in accordance with AS9100 standards.
Use Mazak Turning Centres and Mazak Milling Centres (3‑ to 5‑axis) effectively.
Operate G‑Code and Mazatrol controls for machine programming.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of machining experience, with at least 5 years handling Mazak machine lines preferred.
Proficiency with Mazak Turning Centres and Mazak Milling Centres (3‑ to 5‑axis).
Experience with G‑Code and Mazatrol controls.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Experience completing FAI packages in an AS9100 environment is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
