**CNA/Home Health Aide - Home Health at Providence Home Services Oregon**
**Schedule:** Part Time (24 hours/week), Weekdays on Day Shift
**Area Coverage:** Colombia River Gorge area
The CNA Home Health aide, under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides supportive personal care services to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
