CLUSTER HR LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL - MEX

Position PurposeCoordinate, manage, and support training and organizational development programs for xBG and xSites Mexico, ensuring the effective execution of internal and external training activities, administration of learning platforms, compliance with corporate standards, and support for general, regional, and local talent development initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the annual training plan for xBG and xSites Mexico.
• Coordinate external training vendors, including quotation management and follow-up with the Purchasing department.
• Plan and execute internal and external training sessions.
• Administer the Mobility University platform and provide user and site support for proper training uploads and reporting.
