Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea is seeking a visionary and experienced Cluster Director of Food & Beverages to lead our culinary operations in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. - Develop and implement strategic plans to elevate the food and beverage offerings across all Raffles & Fairmont properties in the Red Sea region
- Oversee the financial performance of all F&B outlets, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Lead and inspire a large team of F&B professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction across all dining venues
- Collaborate with executive chef to create innovative menus that reflect local flavors and international trends
