Opportunity Description
Interior Health is seeking a permanent full-time Clinical Specialist, MHSU Clinical Network who is passionate about driving meaningful change in healthcare. This role offers the opportunity to join a dedicated team leading region-wide systems improvements and standardization for MHSU community services, with a focus on advancing equitable, accessible, safe, effective, and person-centred care.
The position’s clinical focus will include, but is not limited to, MHSU Counselling & Treatment and Access services (subject to change over time). The Clinical Specialist will support service optimization and continuous quality improvement, partnership development and health system integration, service planning, performance measurement, reporting, and evaluation to improve client health and wellness outcomes across the region.
Location: This position offers flexibility within the Interior Health region.
