UPMC Presbyterian, a Magnet-designated hospital and Level 1 Trauma Center, is looking to hire a full-time Clinical Professional Development Specialist (CPDS) to join their exceptional Nursing Education team!
This position will support our PACU and DAS Service Line. Previous experience working in peri-anesthesia or same day surgery setting is required.
This role primarily operates during weekday daylight shifts.
In this role, you'll provide hands-on, real-time education and support directly on the unit - working side by side with nurses to strengthen skills, confidence, and outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity for a nurse who enjoys teaching, mentoring, and being a visible resource for staff.
