**Job Description**
MSHS seeks an Ambulatory Care Clinical Pharmacy Manager that reports to the Senior Director, Ambulatory Pharmacy. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will have direct patient care and centralized responsibilities aligned with care delivery goals as dictated jointly by Pharmacy and health system leadership. Manager may develop collaborative drug practice agreements with providers (MDs) at practices. Managers will lead medication management performance improvement initiatives. Managers are expected to manage pharmacy students and residents as requested. Manager will assist with design, implementation and evaluation of all related pharmacy initiatives.

+ Doctor of Pharmacy Degree required
+ ASHP-Accredited PGY-1 required; PGY-2 preferred
Board Certification
Board certification (BCACP) or obtain BCACP within 2 years of hire, required. Depending on the specific patient population...
