Position Summary

We currently have an opportunity to bring your excellent work ethic to our Clinical Pharmacist department. In accordance with the organization’s vision and values, this position provides pharmacy services to patients in Northern Health. As a member of an interprofessional team, this position assesses and recommends individualized treatments, acts as the primary resource for drug information, education, and expert advice to health care professionals, monitors drug prescribing, drug distribution and drug therapy to ensure safe, effective, rational, legal and economic use of drugs, and maintains workload records and statistics. Shift rotation: Monday-Wednesday, 08:00 to 16:00; part of on‑call rotation and may be future weekend shift.
