Clinical Nurse Leader, Med-Surg

Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, this role will help to provide leadership, support, and clinical guidance to our incredible Care Centre team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing clinical guidance, day to day direction, and leadership to the Care Centre team.
• Work closely with the Care Centre Manager to support safe operation of the care team.
• Actively involve with the Summerset quality management programme.
• Consult with residents and their advocates to establish shared expectations of care and service delivery.
• Act as a clinical liaison for health care team members with a key focus on the primary care team, pharmacists, podiatrists, physiotherapist, dietitian, and specialist services required for individual residents.

This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
