The Pediatric Ambulatory Clinics at McMaster Children's Hospital include numerous subspecialty services. These clinics provide acute tertiary and subspecialty medical and surgical care to children ages 0-18 years. These clinics are dynamic and fast-paced where specialized care is delivered to children in a family-centered environment.
Position Summary
Under the direction of the Clinical Manager, the Clinical Leader will work collaboratively with the health care team to support day-to-day clinic operations, patient flow (unit/site/hospital) and staffing, promote quality improvement activities by facilitating a safe and therapeutic environment for the provision of care; participate in financial responsibility but utilizing staff, clinic resources, equipment and supplies in the most efficient manner; assist the Clinical Manager with measurement and evaluation; identify and follow up on opportunities for continuous improv...
