Clinical Documentation Scribe — Patient Care Partner

Oak Street Health is seeking a Medical Scribe to support primary care providers by documenting patient encounters in real time. You will join the exam room to observe and document visits, prepare after-visit summaries, and help ensure accurate coding and documentation.

As a CIS/Medical Scribe, you will gain expertise in value-based care documentation, ICD-10 and CPT coding, and chronic condition management through extensive on-the-job training.
