Clinic Operations Lead & Patient Services

Island Orthopaedic Consultants Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a clinic receptionist to manage front-desk tasks, patient registration, dispensing medications, and payments within a Medical Centre.

You will ensure excellent customer service, coordinate daily operations, supervise staff training, and handle claims (TPA/Medisave/Insurance). This role requires team spirit and a 5.5-day work week in a fast-paced clinic environment.
