Summary:
Actively participates and supports the onboarding of various roles throughout the clinic including new physicians/APPs, clinical teammates, and MOAs. Provides Go-Live
support to new clinics as well as performs optimization assessments utilizing data, observations, and workflow expertise.
Responsibilities:
1. Epic Knowledge Coordination – comfortable using Epic in a variety of roles in the Ambulatory environment (front desk, clinical, and providers). Work with clinics and teammates to ensure prime optimization through various Epic tools including but not limited to running such as reports, SmartPhrases/Lists, building templates, preference lists, in basket, and assisting with workflow improvements to achieve optimization and efficiency.
