Clinic Assistant & Receptionist

We're looking for a receptionist to join our team and help us take great care of our patients.

Onsite Health is a chiropractic and physiotherapy clinic with two locations in Singapore — Novena Medical Centre and Capital Building in Raffles Place. We see a friendly mix of working professionals, expats, and corporate clients, and we also run an active on-site programme delivering pop‑up clinics, ergonomic assessments, and MSK screenings at offices around the city. The front desk plays a central role in keeping everything running smoothly.

You'll be the first person patients see and the voice they hear on the phone. You'll help shape the rhythm of the day — bookings, check‑ins, payments, follow‑ups — and work closely with our chiropractors and physiotherapists to make sure every patient feels well looked after.
