Opportunity Description
Enhance partner relations as a Client Support Specialist in Richmond Hill, ON. This one-year onsite contract focuses on technical troubleshooting and client inquiries for the partner portal.
In this role, you will act as the main contact for partner portal support while operating four days a week. Your responsibilities involve managing user access, facilitating onboarding processes, and processing trial orders. A partner-first mindset, clear communication, and keen attention to detail are essential for success.
