Job Responsibilities
- Working with our Business Development Managers, Account Managers and our internal partners and be the voice of GS to our clients and plan advisors.
- Speak regularly with plan administrators and plan advisors in answering questions and problem solving their issues.
- Educate and empower clients and plan advisors on GS processes and tools such as plan administration online.
- Play a key role in implementing new clients or plan amendments and facilitating unique enrolment and benefit administration requirements.
- Required to attend client meetings including new group implementations, employee meetings, problem solving sessions, and general relationship building events.
- Assist Business Development Managers and Account Managers with plan advisor meetings, including the sharing of GS’s capabilities and our value proposition, as well as participate in finalist presentations.
