Opportunity Description
The Private Equity/Private Funds Client Service Team is a niche coverage group providing client service and operational support for the firm’s Private Equity funds. The team’s mandate is to partner with various internal teams, as well as external fund administrators, to provide our private fund investors with consistent client service experience. This requires a deep understanding of the product as well as operational process flow oversight and execution. The Client Service Analyst’s scope of work will include ownership onboarding client’s day-to-day management of client inquiries and requests, management of our fund administrator relationships, and production and dissemination of client/regulatory/shareholder services reporting as well as investor communications.
