Role Summary

Base Salary: CAD $58,283.00 - 72,854.00

• Work with Business Development Managers, Account Managers and internal partners to represent GreenShield to clients and plan advisors.
• Communicate regularly with plan administrators and advisors to answer questions and solve issues.
• Educate and empower clients and advisors on GreenShield processes and tools such as plan administration online.
• Play a key role in implementing new clients or plan amendments and facilitating unique enrollment and benefit administration requirements.
• Attend client meetings, including new group implementations, employee meetings, problem‑solving sessions, and general relationship building events.
• Assist Business Development Managers and Account Managers with plan advisor meetings, sharing GreenShield’s capabilities and value proposition, and participate in finalist presentations.
