Client Service Consultant - Health & Wellness

Overview

In partnership with the Health & Wellness Producer, the Client Service Consultant (CSC) is responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service to Gallagher’s larger clients. This role drives the execution of client service strategies, guiding the service team to effectively support client objectives and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes. You will serve as the central point of accountability for all aspects of client service delivery, coordinating across internal teams to ensure a seamless and proactive client experience. This position champions branch initiatives and priorities while building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance service effectiveness and overall client satisfaction.
