Become a vital part of VON Canada as a Client Service Associate in Ontario. This full-time role focuses on planning, scheduling, and facilitating client service providers for optimal care.
In this temporary full-time position with VON Canada, you will work within the Visiting Nursing program to manage client intakes and ensure service levels meet expectations. Your responsibilities include utilizing scheduling software and maintaining effective communication with clients and service providers. You will contribute to the seamless delivery of care while addressing changing schedules and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain service provider schedules as directed by management
• Communicate accurately with clients and staff members
• Utilize Procura software for client assignments
• Reschedule client visits as necessary
• Monitor the safety of service providers through CellTrak
Requirements:
• High school diploma with office administration experience
