Client Relations Analyst

Works independently on most assignments to proactively service our Asia ex Japan clients with a focus on the financial intermediary segment. Demonstrates a breadth of understanding of industry, organizational, and operational topics while interfacing directly with external customers such as financial intermediaries and institutional clients. With direction of more senior staff, responsible for working with internal teams across the Client, Investment and Operational groups to coordinate and successfully execute service requests and other client‑driven activities. Demonstrates a strong ability to navigate numerous internal departments to deliver excellent service.
