In this role you will own the end-to-end client journey for SBS/Mid-Market clients, from onboarding to live payroll, ensuring accurate payroll delivery and strong HCM partnerships. You will work with cross-functional teams in a POD model to provide scalable, expert client support and drive onboarding, configuration, and ongoing satisfaction. You will guide clients through data migration, testing, and go-live while addressing issues and ensuring regulatory compliance. This position offers the chance to shape client experience, optimize processes, and contribute to a trusted, long-term relationship with key clients.
