Opportunity Description
We are hiring for this position out of our Vancouver office. Successful candidates who apply outside of these areas will be expected to relocate and reside in a location that is within a commutable distance. This a 1-year fixed term opportunity.
About The Work Environment
This is a fully in-office role, Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 4:30pm (PST) in our downtown Vancouver office located at 888 Dunsmuir St.
About The Day To Day
- Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner, within agreed service levels.
- Support customer requests for opening accounts, including handling transactions and supporting customers who walk into the branch.
- Responsible for providing clients with GIC renewal reminder emails, and information regarding their new GIC accounts.
