Responsibilities
This position works in the Licence – Administration organisational unit. This is varied and moderately difficult clerical work in the performance of a variety of diversified but recurrent clerical duties. The Clerk 3 prepares, processes, and circulates materials; composes correspondence; maintains variety records, files, codes, and indices necessary to the preparation of diversified narrative and statistical reports of some complexity. The incumbent makes some independent decisions based on a knowledge of departmental rules and regulations, is required to explain relevant bylaws and regulations; review a variety of forms for accuracy and completeness; uses application software to import and format documents; propriety of charges and conformance with departmental regulations. Other duties include processing payments and daily balancing. Performs related work as required.
