Duties

• Cleaning of floors and walls.
• Attend to all low and high surface areas.
• Dusting doors and door handles, lockers, beds, and other furniture.
• Washing of windows and window frames.
• Clean and dust curtains/blinds.
• Cleaning of outside areas (corridors, picking up papers in front of the ward/office).
• Remove waste according to the required standard.
• Cleaning of fridges and micro-ovens.
• Washing of cups and utensils in the ward.
• Good control of chemicals and operate heavy duty cleaning machines.
• Report any defects in the workplace to the supervisor.
