**Behavior Aide / Classroom Support (K–12)**

Looking to build hands-on experience in education or behavioral support? This is a great opportunity to step into a school-based role where you’ll work directly with students and staff in a structured, supportive environment.
We are hiring Behavior Aides/Techs to assist students with a range of academic and behavioral needs across K–12 campuses for the upcoming school year.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
+ Work directly with students in 1:1 or small group settings
+ Support behavior goals by following individualized plans
+ Assist with classroom participation and daily routines
+ Partner with teachers and staff to support student progress
+ Help create a consistent and positive learning environment
**Work Schedule**
School-based hours, Monday through Friday:
+ **Full-Time:** ~30 hours/week (within 7:45 AM – 3:20 PM range)
