Key Responsibilities:
• Advise clients on trademark registrability and strategy
• Conduct clearance searches and prepare trademark applications
• Review and respond to Office Actions efficiently
• Manage and maintain trademark portfolios effectively
• Represent clients before the Trademarks Opposition Board

• Class 1 Trademark Agent in good standing with CPATA
