We are looking to hire a Class 1 Full Roamer Truck Driver to work out of our Whitehorse terminal. This position covers driver shortages across the Northern Canada Manitoulin network. Your key responsibilities will include:
Operating Class 1 vehicles for LCV linehaul routes throughout Northern CanadaCompleting deliveries and pick-ups of goods in a safe and timely mannerPerforming pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and reporting any maintenance issuesMaintaining accurate electric logs and ensuring compliance with all transportation regulations and hours-of-service requirementsSecuring loads properly and verifying documentation accuracy before departureCommunicating effectively with dispatch, customers, and management regarding delivery status and any issues encounteredAdhering to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environmentPlanning effic...
