About the role
In this role you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service throughout the claims process. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Delivery of excellent customer service, via phones and online mediums.
- Obtain complete and accurate information regarding the circumstances of the claim by utilising effective communication skills.
- Use of effective analysis and decision-making skills to assess relevant information relating to the acceptance of motor claims.
- Provide correct and timely information to resolve customer queries.
- Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints.
- Assist customers throughout the claims process, setting realistic expectations and providing effective solutions.
