Job Description
The Admin role at Zensar Technologies is integral to the smooth functioning of our department. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, primarily focused on retirement, pension, and provident fund management. Your expertise will be crucial in handling claims, renewals, new business processes, investment and risk product administration, customer onboarding, and policy anniversary administration, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
Responsibilities Administrate Retirement, Pension, and Provident Funds, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely processing of contributions and withdrawals. Handle Claims and Renewals, including Death, Funeral, and Disability Claims, following established procedures and guidelines. Manage New Business Processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order and meeting client expectations.
