Bilingual Claims Analyst (EN/FR) – Remote
Pay: CA$22.50 per hour
Location: Canada (EST) • 100% Remote • Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am to 5pm
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with internal teams and clients to process claims accurately and efficiently.
- Craft clear, professional scripts and written communications to guide claimants.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining high-quality work.
- Handle claim data with care, maintaining confidentiality and strong attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For
- Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken & written).
- Strong written communication, active listening, and problem‑solving skills.
- Prior experience in claims processing.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.
