Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from existing customers
- Assist customers with general inquiries, making payments, and questions regarding program limits and benefits, billing questions, claims, etc.
- Process automotive claims (Non-mechanical and Mechanical claims).
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues as needed, ensuring all efforts are made to retain existing customers
