Salary and Incentives
Salary range (but not limited to): 59,300 – 72,500 (based on a 35‑hour workweek and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications).
Annual bonus target: 7.5% of base salary, with potential payout up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance).
Employer shares: Intact matching 50% of employee Nets under the Employee Share Purchase Plan (ESPP).
Pension: Defined benefit plan providing guaranteed income for life.
