Opportunity Description
Lead the Scarborough Subway Extension with SYSTRA Canada as a Civils Testing and Commissioning Project Manager. Ensure safety and quality while managing contractor activities and integration.
Reporting to the Testing and Commissioning Director, you will oversee the Testing and Commissioning process for the civils works on this vital transit project. Your role involves collaboration with various stakeholders including a team of consultants and contractors, all while delivering solutions for a key urban infrastructure initiative. Ensure alignment with operational readiness and safety requirements throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Contractor’s Testing and Commissioning activities
• Develop a phased handover approach for testing
• Integrate civil works and systems effectively
• Validate documentation for safety and commissioning
• Manage testing interfaces across asset groups
Requirements:
• Significant experience in civils testing on transit projects
