We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Law Clerk with a minimum of five years of dedicated practice to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional legal drafting skills, along with a robust understanding of the Rules of Civil Procedure and experience with modern Ontario court platforms, including Case Lines and the Justice Services Online (JSO) portal.

Duties

• Oversee and organize complex litigation files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and timelines are strictly followed.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents including pleadings, motions, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
• Manage electronic filings via the JSO portal and organize digital hearing bundles for Case Lines.
• Assist in preparing discovery requests, responses, and manage document review processes.
